Our Vision

We are people who aspire to live in a truly equitable society - where communities, families and workplaces are safe and sustainable. We want everyone (and that means YOU) to experience belonging and live in the fullness of their humanity.

But how do we get there? Have you experienced living in a truly liberated society where plagues like racism, sexism, ageism, transphobia, and classism (just to name a few) don't exist? Yeah, neither have we.

We are guided by the wisdom and scholarship of leaders like Audre Lorde, Augosto Boal, and June Jordan. We know there’s no blueprint, because we are designing something that hasn’t existed recently. That’s why our collective dreams are the roadmap.

We differ from other approaches because we know that striving for a goal means identifying and focusing on what we want to achieve, not what we don't want. So although much of our work intersects with anti-racist educators, we work for liberation. Our approach is rooted in culture humility, the understanding that we will always be lifelong learners and our framework is rooted in reproductive justice, which actively builds a present and future in which all have access to bodily autonomy, and have the right to have a child, not have a child, and parent that child in safe and healthy environments.

We’ve identified shifting culture as the best way to find a future for all of us.

Our work is in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion space - but admittedly - we hope to be market disruptors. Instead of focusing on the destination, we focus on the JOURNEY and aim to shift our current culture of HOW we learn, grow and shift in becoming more self aware of how we perpetuate harm - and how we can heal. We know that information does not equal transformation. Instead of lecturing, we create experiences where people learn and grow together - whether that's a learning workshop or a community festival.

We are anti-racists, and understand the importance of intersectionality in challenging all isms - whether that is ageism, ableism, transphobia, xenophobia, sexism - and many more. However, we know we have to challenge existing narratives. As creatives, we paint a picture of what we DO want, what we ARE striving for, and the world we WILL create. That’s why storytelling to change narratives and counter propaganda is an essential part of our work.

Our clients have been cities, hospitals, non-profit organizations, production companies, governmental organizations- and individuals who seek one on one coaching to change!
